- How do I apply for an Apartment?
- Complete our application and return it with your valid ID, SS cards for anyone under 18, proof of income and/or assistance, and your application fee.
- How long does it take to process my application?
- We begin processing your application immediately. The application process takes about 72 hours. This time depends on how quickly your informtion is returned to us from third parties.
- What will cause my application to be denied?
- The following are causes for denied applications:
- No one in the household is 21 or older
- You owe another properrty or utility company
- Drug and/or felony charges
- Income requirements were not met
